There are 2 steps to the Port Identity and Proximity Card Procedure

Register for TasPorts online induction training by clicking on the 'Register for Training' button below. Complete the required induction modules. Your completion of the induction will be recorded by the system.

The PIP card application form will be emailed to you when you register for induction or can be downloaded from the link below

Please complete this form, ensuring that all personal information and payment details are included. Please send the completed form via email to pipcards@tasports.com.au or by fax to (03) 6234 6510. You can also drop the forms into a TasPorts office.

Failure to complete all relevant sections may result in your PIP card application being delayed.

Please contact TasPorts on 1300 366 742 to make arrangements to collect your PIP card. You must have submitted your forms and completed the induction before making an appointment.
